Self nurturing yoga.
After spending 20 years passionately practicing yoga I have found a deep connection with my centre and the body's own innate intelligence using yoga postures, breath work and meditation. This has encouraged an awareness and harmony between the physical, mental and emotional bodies, and the deeper witness aspect hidden like a precious jewel that is within each of us. It brings me great joy to share this ongoing journey of self discovery and to support others to meet the stillness within. I invite you to a deeper engagement with life to be lived in the present moment by using gentle, mindful and nurturing yoga.
